SB507-SA1,1,8 "(1g) Treatment alternative and diversion program; administrative resources. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of justice under section 20.455 (2) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2013, the dollar amount is increased by $366,000 for the second fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect to increase the authorized FTE positions for the department of justice by 5.0 positions.".
