SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 515

SB515-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB515-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: substitute "procedures," for "procedures and".

SB515-SA1,1,4 2. Page 1, line 5: after "accountants" insert ", and eligibility requirements to sit for the licensure examination for certified public accountants".

SB515-SA1,1,5 3. Page 6, line 15: after that line insert:

SB515-SA1,1,7 " Section 15m. 442.04 (5) (b) 4. of the statutes, as affected by 2013 Wisconsin Act 114, is amended to read:

SB515-SA1,1,12 442.04 (5) (b) 4. Except as provided in s. 442.05, the person has successfully passed an examination in such subjects affecting accountancy as the examining board considers necessary. A person is not eligible to take the examination under this subdivision unless the person has completed at least 120 semester hours under subd. 3.".
