SB522-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB522-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 20: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 2, and substitute:

SB522-SA1,1,5 "(3) The declarations under sub. (1) are made in lieu of, and have the same effect as, a final judgment entered by a court under ch. 841.".

SB522-SA1,1,6 2. Page 5, line 16: delete "is not for a private purpose but".

SB522-SA1,1,7 3. Page 7, line 10: delete lines 10 and 11.
