SB55-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB55-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 14: after that line insert:

SB55-SA1,1,3 " Section 7m. Initial applicability.

SB55-SA1,1,5 (1) The treatment of section 84.295 (4m) (e) 2. of the statutes first applies to a project let on the effective date of this subsection.

SB55-SA1,8m Section 8m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication, except as follows:

SB55-SA1,1,10 (1) The treatment of section 84.295 (4m) (e) 2. of the statutes and Section 7m of this act take effect on May 14, 2013, or on the day after publication, whichever is earlier.".
