SENATE AMENDMENT 4, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 3, TO SENATE BILL 76

SB76-SSA3-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB76-SSA3-SA4,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: after "schools" insert ", and school district accountability,".

SB76-SSA3-SA4,1,3 2. Page 1, line 4: before that line insert:

SB76-SSA3-SA4,1,4 " Section 1d. 115.385 (3) of the statutes is created to read:

SB76-SSA3-SA4,1,8 115.385 (3) For purposes of measuring a school district's performance under sub. (1), the department may not include data derived from a virtual charter school that is considered to be located in the school district under s. 118.51 (18) if at least 50 percent of the pupils are attending the virtual charter school under s. 118.51.".

SB76-SSA3-SA4,1,9 3. Page 1, line 4: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".
