AB111-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB111-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: after "improvement," insert "repair,".

AB111-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 2: substitute "15" for "20".

AB111-AA1,1,4 3. Page 2, line 4: delete that line.

AB111-AA1,1,5 4. Page 2, line 6: after that line insert:

AB111-AA1,1,10 "(3) The department may not prohibit a city, village, town, or county from requiring, by ordinance, inspection of an addition to, or a remodeling, improvement, repair, or other alteration of, an existing one- or 2-family dwelling the total cost of which does not exceed 15 percent of the assessed value of the one- or 2-family dwelling for property tax purposes.".
