ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 117

AB117-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB117-AA1,1,4 1. Page 3, line 14: delete the material beginning with "that" and ending with "the amount" on line 15 and substitute "that the creditor merchant alleges he or she is entitled to recover and the figures necessary for computation of the amount".

AB117-AA1,1,6 2. Page 3, line 17: delete " default, as" and substitute "default. Figures necessary for computation shall mean the amount".

AB117-AA1,1,7 3. Page 3, line 17: delete " customer," and substitute "customer".
