AB157-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB157-AA3,1,2 1. Page 2, line 6: after that line insert:

AB157-AA3,1,3 "(3) The person acts in good faith.

AB157-AA3,1,6 (4) The person complies with any written instructions the person receives from the department of natural resources relating to the permit or other approval described under sub. (1).

AB157-AA3,1,9 (5) If the person is placing a buoy or marker, the person places it only to identify or mark hazards in the waterway and uses only buoys or markers of a type approved by the U.S. coast guard for the purpose of marking hazards in waterways.".
