AB177-AA13,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB177-AA13,1,2 1. Page 2, line 10: after that line insert:

AB177-AA13,1,3 "2m. "Homeless person" has the meaning given under 42 USC 11302 (a).".

AB177-AA13,1,5 2. Page 3, line 3: delete "The department" and substitute "Except as provided in subd. 4., the department".

AB177-AA13,1,7 3. Page 3, line 12: after "recipient" insert ", other than a recipient who is a homeless person,".

AB177-AA13,1,8 4. Page 3, line 15: after that line insert:

AB177-AA13,1,9 "4. Subdivision 1. does not apply to a recipient who is a homeless person.".
