AB191-AA5,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB191-AA5,1,2 21. Page 8, line 10: delete "one time".
AB191-AA5,1,4 32. Page 8, line 11: delete the material beginning with "If the individual" and
4ending with "subsection." on line 17 and substitute:
AB191-AA5,2,4 5"e. If the individual completes treatment and tests negative for use of a
6controlled substance, or tests positive for the use of a controlled substance but
7presents evidence satisfactory to the department that the individual possesses a
8valid prescription for each controlled substance for which the individual tests
9positive, the individual will have satisfactorily completed the substance abuse
10screening and testing requirements under this subsection. However, if the
11individual tests positive again, the individual may continue to participate in the
12treatment program, beginning treatment again as determined by the department,
13but may not participate in the employment and training program until he or she

1submits to random testing for the use of a controlled substance and for 3 consecutive
2months tests negative for use of a controlled substance or tests positive with evidence
3satisfactory to the department that the individual possesses a valid prescription for
4each controlled substance for which the individual tests positive.".
