AB191-AA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB191-AA6,1,4 1. Page 5, line 15: after "treatment." insert "Any individual who is required to, and agrees to, participate in substance abuse treatment shall remain eligible to participate in a program while they are waiting, if necessary, to enter treatment.".

AB191-AA6,1,6 2. Page 5, line 25: after "agency" insert ", and shall remain eligible to participate in a program while waiting, if necessary, to begin treatment again".

AB191-AA6,1,10 3. Page 8, line 2: after "program." insert "Any individual who is required to, and agrees to, participate in substance abuse treatment shall remain eligible to participate in the program while the individual is waiting, if necessary, to enter treatment.".

AB191-AA6,2,2 4. Page 8, line 10: delete the material beginning with "will" and ending with "program." on line 11 and substitute "shall remain eligible to participate in the employment and training program while waiting, if necessary, to begin treatment again.".
