AB192-AA12,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB192-AA12,1,2 21. Page 11, line 12: after that line insert:
AB192-AA12,1,6 3"(6) Report to legislature. The department shall, beginning on the effective
4date of this subsection .... [LRB inserts date], and every six months thereafter, submit
5a report to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature for distribution to the
6legislature under s. 13.172 (2) including all of the following:
AB192-AA12,1,97 (a) The number of claimants that were required to submit to a test for the
8presence of controlled substances under sub. (2) (b) 5., if any, since the previous
9report.
AB192-AA12,2,210 (b) Of the claimants identified under par. (a), the percentage of those claimants
11that refused to submit to the test, the percentage that submitted to the test but did
12not test positive for any controlled substances or that tested positive but presented

1evidence of a valid prescription, and the percentage that tested positive without a
2valid prescription.
AB192-AA12,2,53 (c) The total direct and indirect costs that have been incurred by the
4department or any other state agency related to this section since the previous
5report.".
