AB192-AA2,1,8 14.27 Drug testing of governor. Upon being sworn into office, the governor shall submit to a test for the presence of controlled substances, and if the governor tests positive for one or more controlled substances without a valid prescription for each controlled substance for which he or she tested positive, the governor may enroll in the substance abuse treatment program created by the department of workforce development under s. 108.133 (2) (c).".
