AB200-ASA1-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB200-ASA1-AA4,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: delete lines 2 to 4 and substitute:

AB200-ASA1-AA4,1,3 "49.79 (11) Limits on replacement cards. (a) In this subsection:

AB200-ASA1-AA4,1,4 1. "Elderly or disabled member" has the meaning given in 7 USC 2012 (j).

AB200-ASA1-AA4,1,5 2. "Homeless individual" has the meaning given in 7 USC 2012 (l).

AB200-ASA1-AA4,1,6 3. "Household" has the meaning given in 7 USC 2012 (m).

AB200-ASA1-AA4,1,8 4. "Recipient" means a household that is eligible for and receiving benefits under the food stamp program.".

AB200-ASA1-AA4,1,9 2. Page 5, line 5: after that line insert:

AB200-ASA1-AA4,2,3 "(f) In all cases, the department shall act to protect households that contain homeless individuals, elderly or disabled members, victims of crime, or other vulnerable persons who may lose benefit cards but who are not committing fraud.".
