AB222-AA5,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB222-AA5,1,3 21. Page 2, line 2: delete the material beginning with "(a) In this subsection,"
3and ending with "agriculture." on line 4 and substitute "(a) In this subsection:".

AB222-AA5,1,4 42. Page 2, line 4: after that line insert:

AB222-AA5,1,6 5"1. "Food and nutrition service" means the food and nutrition service of the
6federal department of agriculture.

AB222-AA5,1,77 2. "Homeless individual" has the meaning given in 42 USC 11302 (a).".

AB222-AA5,1,9 83. Page 2, line 13: after "federal requirements." insert "The department shall
9include in the implementation plan an exemption for homeless individuals.".

AB222-AA5,1,11 104. Page 2, line 16: delete "an individual" and substitute "any individual who
11is not exempt from the requirements of this subsection".

15. Page 3, line 11: after "food stamp identification cards to" insert
2"nonexempt".

AB222-AA5,2,4 36. Page 3, line 13: delete "an individual" and substitute "any individual who
