3"(c) If a covered individual living in this state is enrolled at a technical college,
4and has been charged fees in accordance with par. (b), on the date that begins the 3rd
5year after the veteran described in
38 USC 3679 (c) (2) (A) that is or is associated with
6the covered individual was discharged or released from service, the covered
7individual shall continue to be charged fees established in accordance with this
8subsection, rather than sub. (3) (a), for as long as the covered individual maintains
9continuous enrollment at the technical college.".
