AB310-ASA1-AA3,1,3 1. Page 2, line 23: after "personal beliefs" insert ", except that no patient may be denied contraceptive services based on provider's personal beliefs".

AB310-ASA1-AA3,1,4 2. Page 2, line 23: after "refusal" insert "permitted under this paragraph".
