AB327-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB327-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 11: after "a well" insert "that has a capacity of 100,000 gallons per day or less and that is".

AB327-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 12: delete the material beginning with "that is" and ending with "the well" on line 13.

AB327-AA1,1,7 3. Page 3, line 23: after "a well" insert "that has a capacity of less than 100,000 gallons per day and that is".

AB327-AA1,1,8 4. Page 3, line 24: delete "on the same property as the well".
