AB338-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB338-ASA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: delete the material beginning with "to the Institute" and ending with "University" on line 3.

AB338-ASA1-AA1,1,9 2. Page 2, line 10: after "(a)" insert "Accept applications from any person operating a summer reading program in the school district operating under ch. 119 on the effective date of this paragraph .... [LRB inserts date], and seeking to conduct a reading improvement program during the summers following the 2015-16 and 2016-17 school years. The state superintendent shall select the most qualified person to conduct the reading improvement program.".

AB338-ASA1-AA1,2,3 4. Page 2, line 13: after "(b)," insert "together with the application submitted under par. (a) by the most qualified person to conduct a reading improvement program,".

AB338-ASA1-AA1,2,6 5. Page 2, line 16: delete the material beginning with "Institute" and ending with "University" on line 17 and substitute "most qualified applicant identified under par. (a)".
