AB341-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB341-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 2: delete "Whoever" and substitute "No person may".

AB341-AA1,1,3 32. Page 2, line 3: delete "threatens" and substitute "threaten".

AB341-AA1,1,4 43. Page 2, line 4: delete "is guilty of a Class I felony".

AB341-AA1,1,5 54. Page 2, line 14: after that line insert:

AB341-AA1,1,6 6"(1m) Any person who violates sub. (1) is subject to the following penalties:

AB341-AA1,1,77 (a) For a first offense, the person is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.

AB341-AA1,1,88 (b) For a 2nd or subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a Class I felony.".
