AB387-AA6,1,2 1. Page 19, line 1: delete lines 1 to 3 and substitute:

AB387-AA6,1,3 "(20) "Major purpose" means all of the following:

AB387-AA6,1,6 (a) A person's major purpose as specified in the person's organizational documents or as indicated by the person to the board. In this paragraph, " person" does not include an individual.

AB387-AA6,1,8 (b) The use of more than 50 percent of a person's expenditures for express advocacy. In this paragraph, "person" does not include an individual.".
