AB387-SA14,1,8 "11.1209 Compensation for political advertisements. No person publishing a newspaper or periodical or operating a radio or television station may receive rates for publishing or broadcasting advertising for issue or express advocacy in excess of the rate regularly charged for commercial advertising of a similar character and classification. No person or committee placing such advertising may pay any rate or charge in excess of the regularly charged rate.".
