AB460-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB460-AA3,1,3 1. Page 5, line 16: delete "not to exceed 10" and substitute "equal to the time he or she was imprisoned, but not to exceed 5".

AB460-AA3,1,6 2. Page 5, line 16: after "years." insert "An individual who is eligible to obtain health care coverage offered by his or her employer or by the employer of his or her spouse may not elect or continue coverage under this subsection.".

AB460-AA3,1,8 3. Page 10, line 6: delete " or any portion thereof," and substitute ", prorated daily,".
