(9) Study whether disparities based on race, gender, socioeconomic status, or
20other factors exist in various types of treatment courts and the traditional criminal

(13) Receive assistance from executive branch agencies. All executive branch
5agencies shall aid the criminal justice coordinating council to the greatest extent
6possible. At the request of the council, the department of corrections, the parole
7commission, the department of health services, the department of children and
8families, the department of workforce development, the department of justice, the
9department of transportation, the state prosecutor's office, and the department of
10administration shall provide the council with information and data needed by the
11council to perform its duties under this section.
