AB554-SA4,1,3 " Section 1d. 11.0103 (6) of the statutes is created to read:

AB554-SA4,1,10 11.0103 (6) Private water company reporting; owners and officers. Any owner, officer, shareholder, member, or partner of an entity seeking to purchase or lease a public water utility owned by a municipality in this state, or to provide water services to a municipality in this state, shall report to the commission, on a form prescribed by the commission, every contribution and expenditure made by the owner, officer, shareholder, member, or partner no later than 7 days after making the contribution or expenditure.".
