AB554-SA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB554-SA6,1,5 1. Page 1, line 4: delete the material beginning with "affiliates" and ending with "utilities" on line 5, including the material inserted by assembly amendment 1, and substitute "affiliates of public utility holding companies and imposing a tax on water utilities".

AB554-SA6,1,7 2. Page 3, line 1: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 4, line 19, including the material inserted by assembly amendment 2.

AB554-SA6,1,8 3. Page 5, line 8: delete lines 8 to 10.
