AB568-ASA2-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB568-ASA2-AA5,1,2 1. Page 16, line 3: delete lines 3 and 4 and substitute:

AB568-ASA2-AA5,1,3 "(c) Paragraph (b) does not apply to any of the following:

AB568-ASA2-AA5,1,4 1. A tenant who is the victim, as defined in s. 950.02 (4), of the criminal activity.

AB568-ASA2-AA5,1,6 2. A person who is a family member of the victim under subd. 1 and who is not directly involved in the criminal activity.

AB568-ASA2-AA5,1,9 3. A person who is a member of the tenant's household, regardless of whether the person is a party to the rental agreement, and who is not directly involved in the criminal activity.".
