AB592-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB592-AA3,1,2 1. Page 2, line 15: delete "that" and substitute " that, subject to par. (c),".

AB592-AA3,1,3 2. Page 3, line 4: after that line insert:

AB592-AA3,1,4 " Section 2m. 218.04 (4) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

AB592-AA3,1,8 218.04 (4) (c) No employee of a licensed collection agency may work from the employee's home unless consumer information used by or accessible to the employee while working from home is encrypted when it is transmitted electronically and when it is stored on a server located away from the employee's home.".
