AB592-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB592-AA4,1,2 1. Page 2, line 15: delete "that" and substitute " that, subject to par. (c),".

AB592-AA4,1,3 2. Page 3, line 4: after that line insert:

AB592-AA4,1,4 " Section 2m. 218.04 (4) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

AB592-AA4,1,9 218.04 (4) (c) No employee of a licensed collection agency may work from the employee's home unless, while working on any computer from home, the employee uses a password-activated screen saver that causes the computer's login session to terminate after the elapse of a predetermined amount of time if there is inactivity in operating the computer.".
