AB592-AA6,1,3 " Section 2m. 218.04 (4) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

AB592-AA6,1,8 218.04 (4) (c) Upon resignation or termination of an employee of a licensed collection agency who works from the employee's home as provided in par. (a), the licensed collection agency shall ensure that the employee's access to any personal information about a consumer that was available to the employee during the course of his or her employment, including financial or health information, is terminated.".
