AB611-AA1,1,8 "(4m) The department shall prohibit a food bank association from distributing farm products or food products that are harvested, packaged, or transported using grant funds under this section to a food bank unless the food bank agrees not to charge a membership, affiliation, or delivery fee for providing or delivering the farm products or food products to a food pantry or other organization that dispenses food to low-income individuals to alleviate hunger.".
