AB657-ASA2-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 24: after that line insert:

AB657-ASA2-AA2,1,8 "(2) General program operations; moneys to provide grants. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of justice under section 20.455 (2) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2015, the dollar amount is decreased by $100,000 for the second fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect to provide money for grants under section 165.95 (2) of the statutes.

AB657-ASA2-AA2,2,2 (3) Treatment and diversion grants. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of justice under section 20.455 (2) (em) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2015, the dollar amount is increased by $100,000 for the second fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect to provide grants under section 165.95 (2) of the statutes.".
