AB669-AA2,1,2 21. Page 3, line 1: delete "false".

AB669-AA2,1,3 32. Page 3, line 2: after "fact" insert "that he or she knows is false".

AB669-AA2,1,4 43. Page 3, line 4: delete "false".

AB669-AA2,1,5 54. Page 3, line 5: after "fact" insert "that he or she knows is false".

AB669-AA2,1,6 65. Page 3, line 16: after that line insert:

AB669-AA2,1,11 7"(3) A person is not guilty of violating sub. (2) (a), (b), or (c) if his or her
8predictive statements regarding future financial performance, employment levels,
9or other performance indicators are not realized in fact. This subsection does not
10apply to a person who makes a statement regarding future financial performance,
11employment levels, or another performance indicator that he or she knows is false.".
