AB751-AA9,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB751-AA9,1,3 21. Page 1, line 8: after "program" insert "and ending the statewide parental
3choice program".
AB751-AA9,1,4 42. Page 7, line 15: after that line insert:
AB751-AA9,1,5 5" Section 19c. 118.60 (2) (a) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB751-AA9,1,116 118.60 (2) (a) (intro.) Subject to pars. (ag) and (ar), any pupil in grades
7kindergarten to 12 who resides within an eligible school district may attend any
8private school under this section and, subject to pars. (ag), (ar), (be), (bm), and (bs)
9and sub. (12), any pupil in grades kindergarten to 12 who resides in a school district,
10other than an eligible school district or a 1st class city school district, may attend any
11private school under this section if all of the following apply:

1118.60 (12) (a) Beginning in the 2016-17 school year, a pupil who resides in a
2school district, other than an eligible school district or a 1st class city school district,
3may not attend a participating private school under this section unless the pupil
4attended that participating private school under this section in the 2015-16 school
5year.
AB751-AA9,2,96 (b) Beginning in the 2016-17 school year, a private school participating in the
7program under this section may not accept a pupil who resides in a school district
8other than an eligible school district or a 1st class city school district unless the pupil
9attended the private school under this section in the 2015-16 school year.".
