Page 2, line 15: after "mail." insert "As part of the pledgor's agreement to receive notices by electronic mail, the pledgor must write down or electronically enter the pledgor's electronic mail address and then write down or electronically enter the pledgor's electronic mail address a 2nd time to confirm its accuracy.".
