AB8-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB8-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete "a penalty" and substitute "penalties".

AB8-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 1: after "consent," insert "is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for the first offense, and".

AB8-AA1,1,6 3. Page 3, line 2: after "felony" insert "for a 2nd or subsequent offense within a 5-year period, as measured from the dates the offenses occurred".
