SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 80

AB80-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB80-SA1,1,3 1. Page 6, line 5: delete the material beginning with "subsection:" and ending with "means" on line 7 and substitute "subsection, "enactment" means".

AB80-SA1,1,4 2. Page 6, line 9: delete lines 9 to 14.

AB80-SA1,1,6 3. Page 6, line 15: delete the material beginning with "Upon" and ending with "enactment and" on line 16 and substitute "Each agency shall review enactments to".

AB80-SA1,1,7 4. Page 6, line 17: delete "the enactment" and substitute "an enactment".

AB80-SA1,1,8 5. Page 7, line 2: delete "60 days" and substitute "6 months".

AB80-SA1,1,9 6. Page 7, line 17: after that line insert:

AB80-SA1,1,10 " Section 2m. Initial applicability.

AB80-SA1,2,3 (1m) The treatment of section 227.29 (3) of the statutes first applies to enactments published by the legislative reference bureau under section 35.095 (3) (a) of the statutes on the effective date of this subsection.".
