AB92-ASA1-AA10,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB92-ASA1-AA10,1,3 1. Page 4, line 3: after "344.62 (1)" insert "that subjects a person to a penalty under s. 344.65 (1) (a) 2".

AB92-ASA1-AA10,1,4 2. Page 6, line 6: delete lines 6 to 12 and substitute:

AB92-ASA1-AA10,1,6 "344.65 (1) (a) 1. Any Except as provided in subd. 2., any person who violates s. 344.62 (1) may be required to forfeit not more than $500.".

AB92-ASA1-AA10,1,8 3. Page 6, line 21: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 7, line 3.

AB92-ASA1-AA10,1,9 4. Page 10, line 4: delete "and 3.".
