AB92-ASA1-AA5,1,4 1. Page 1, line 9: delete the material beginning with "requirement," and ending with "penalty" on line 10 and substitute "requirement and proof of financial responsibility".

AB92-ASA1-AA5,1,6 2. Page 6, line 4: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 7, line 10.

AB92-ASA1-AA5,1,8 3. Page 10, line 3: delete the material beginning with "statutes," and ending with "apply" on line 5 and substitute "statutes first applies".
