AR12-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:

AR12-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 1: delete the material beginning with "requiring" and ending with "to" on line 2 and substitute "affirming".

AR12-AA1,1,5 2. Page 1, line 4: delete the material beginning with "immediately" and ending with "degradation." on line 9.
