AR3-AA1,1,3 " Section 1m. Assembly rule 29 (6) is created to read:

AR3-AA1,1,5 Assembly Rule 29 (6) A proposal may not be placed on any day's calendar unless the proposal has been reported out of committee for at least two weeks.".
