AR3-AA3,1,2 1. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:

AR3-AA3,1,3 " Section 1m. Assembly rule 26 (8) (b) 9. is amended to read:

AR3-AA3,1,6 Assembly Rule 26 (8) (b) 9. Display signs or placards, unless the sign or placard is not larger than 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches and its display does not create a disturbance to other visitors in the gallery.".
