SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 117

SB117-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB117-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 11: after that line insert:

SB117-SA1,1,3 " Section 2m. 940.203 (1) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB117-SA1,1,7 940.203 (1) (b) "Judge" means a person who currently is or who formerly was a supreme court justice, court of appeals judge, circuit court judge, municipal judge, temporary or permanent reserve, judge or circuit, supplemental, or municipal court commissioner.".

SB117-SA1,1,9 2. Page 2, line 14: after "(8) (c)" insert "and includes a person who formerly was a law enforcement officer under that definition".

SB117-SA1,1,11 3. Page 2, line 16: after "means" insert "a person who currently is or formerly was".

SB117-SA1,1,12 4. Page 2, line 20: delete "performing the duties of a district attorney".

SB117-SA1,2,1 5. Page 3, line 3: delete " all any" and substitute "all".

SB117-SA1,2,2 6. Page 3, line 11: delete " the judge" and substitute "a judge".

SB117-SA1,2,3 7. Page 3, line 13: delete lines 13 to 15.
