SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE BILL 13

SB13-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB13-SA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete "oxygen" and substitute "equipment and services".

SB13-SA2,1,4 2. Page 2, line 2: on lines 2 and 18, delete "oxygen" and substitute "equipment and services".

SB13-SA2,1,5 3. Page 2, line 7: delete " oxygen" and substitute "equipment and services".

SB13-SA2,1,7 4. Page 2, line 13: delete " oxygen" and substitute "equipment and services".

SB13-SA2,1,8 5. Page 2, line 15: delete lines 15 to 17 and substitute:

SB13-SA2,1,10 "(ag) "Home medical equipment and services" means the delivery, installation, maintenance, replacement, or instruction in the use of any of the following:

SB13-SA2,1,11 1. Medical oxygen and medical oxygen delivery systems.

SB13-SA2,2,2 2. Other durable medical equipment and supplies identified by the board by rule.

SB13-SA2,2,5 (ar) "Home medical equipment and services provider" means a person that provides home medical equipment and services for compensation directly to an individual for the individual's own use.".

SB13-SA2,2,7 6. Page 3, line 2: delete "oxygen" and substitute "equipment and services", in both places.

SB13-SA2,2,9 7. Page 3, line 3: on lines 3, 8 and 12, delete "oxygen" and substitute "equipment and services".
