SB178-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB178-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: delete "sampling or testing" and substitute "partial lead inspection".

SB178-SA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 6: after " (2)" insert "(a) In this subsection, "partial lead inspection" means an on-site investigation of one or more painted, varnished, or otherwise coated building components to determine the presence of lead, but not a surface-by-surface investigation.

SB178-SA1,1,10 3. Page 2, line 8: delete the material beginning with "sampling" and ending with "premises" on line 9 and substitute "a partial lead inspection".
