Release of funds for construction of certain buildings at the
4University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and University of Wisconsin Eau Claire
5campuses. Notwithstanding any requirement under section 13.48 (10) of the statutes
6that the building commission approve the release of funds to construct the
7Laurentide Hall Student Success Center addition at the University of
8Wisconsin-Whitewater campus and the residence hall at the University of
9Wisconsin-Eau Claire, both of which were enumerated in the 2013-2015 Authorized
10State Building Program, the funds are hereby released.".
