(1g) and (1r), the department shall award urban forestry grants to groups of 3 or more eligible recipients for the purpose of the collaborative development of sustainable urban forestry programs. The department shall award grants under this subsection in the amount of $250,000 in fiscal year 2015-16 and in the amount of $500,000 in fiscal year 2016-17 and in each fiscal year thereafter. The department may award a grant to a group only if the group is comprised of at least one city, one county, and a least one or more of the following entities:

SB21-SSA1-SA17,963p Section 963p. 23.099 of the statutes is created to read:

SB21-SSA1-SA17,6,22 23.099 Reports. Each recipient of a grant or other funding awarded under s. 23.0955, 23.0956, 23.0957, 23.295, 26.39 (7), 281.69, or 281.72 shall provide an annual report to the department for any year during which a grant or funding was awarded to the recipient. The report shall include information on the recipient's overall budget and activities and shall provide details regarding the recipient's use of the funds, including how funded activities furthered the conservation goals of this state.
