SB21-SSA1-SA4,1,4 " Section 3216e. 115.437 (2) of the statutes is renumbered 115.437 (2) (a) and amended to read:

SB21-SSA1-SA4,2,2 115.437 (2) (a) Annually Except as provided in par. (b), annually on the 4th Monday of March, the department shall pay to each school district an amount equal to the average of the number of pupils enrolled in the school district in the current and 2 preceding school years multiplied by $75 in the 2013-14 school year and, by $150 in each the 2014-15 school year, by $360 in the 2015-16 and 2016-17 school years, and beginning in the 2017-18 school year thereafter, by the per pupil amount for the previous school year multiplied by the sum of 1.0 plus the allowable rate of increase under s. 73.0305 expressed as a decimal. The department shall make the payments from the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (aq).".
