SB239-SSA2-SA12,1,3 21. Page 1, line 4: before "and" insert "prohibiting sales or leases of municipal

SB239-SSA2-SA12,1,5 5" Section 1m. 66.0817 (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

7as provided in sub. (8), a
town, village or city may sell or lease any complete public
8utility plant owned by it in the following manner:

12. A business entity that is organized or created under the laws of another state
2or that has its principal place of business in another state.

4plant or portion of a plant used to provide water or sewer service.".

10subsection.".
