SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 306

SB306-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB306-SA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 2: delete the material beginning with "multiple county" and ending with "and of every" on line 3 and substitute "multiple county health department established under s. 251.02 (3) and of every".

SB306-SA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 5: after "determine" insert "either".

SB306-SA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 6: after "valuation" insert "or the proportionate levy contribution from each county and city on a per capita basis".

SB306-SA1,1,9 4. Page 2, line 6: delete the material beginning with "The local board" and ending with "per capita basis." on line 10.
